Bio
Aliza is currently a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department of the University of Oregon, advised by Dr. Hank Childs. She received her Bachelor's in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU) in 2018. Her research interests span high-performance computing (HPC), performance analysis, visualization, and systems for AI/ML, with a focus on end-to-end performance analysis, optimization, and visualization of HPC applications and scientific and AI/ML workflows. She has collaborated with U.S. national laboratories, including Fermilab and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, on projects aimed at detecting and addressing performance bottlenecks in large-scale computing environments.
